PCR assay design
Our specialists perform oligonucleotide design for your target of interest, considering selectivity and sensitivity requirements of the costumer. Solely oligonucleotides of highest quality are used for the assay setup. Furthermore, we offer support in the interpretation of data.
Oligonucleotide service
We offer cost-effective primers and probes of highest quality via our reliable partner. Standard primers will be delivered within 2-3 business days, real-time PCR probes within 3-4 business days.
You can choose the purification of your oligonucleotides – for most applications desalting of oligonucleotides < 35 bases is sufficient. For other applications, we offer purification by HPLC (0.04 to 1 µmol Scale), PAGE (0.04 to 1 µmol Scale) or NMR-grade oligonucleotides (HPLC and dialysis starting from 0.2 µmol scale).
Please check the Oligo Price List 2022 for oligonucleotides with various 5´- and 3´- modifications and dual-labelled fluorescent probes suitable for your real-time PCR applications.
For special purposes, oligonucleotides in “premium quality” are available. In addition, we offer synthetic RNAs and antisense oligonucleotides via our partner.

Real-time PCR Service
We offer a comprehensive service for your real-time PCR applications. We provide support with all steps of DNA or mRNA quantification, gene expression analysis or the specific detection of bacteria, fungi, viruses and parasites.

Fragment length analysis
Ingenetix offers fragment length analysis of PCR products by agarose gel electrophoresis or analysis of fluorescent-labelled DNA fragments using capillary electrophoresis. This includes short tandem repeat (STR) analysis of DNA samples, covering STR profiling of cell lines for their authentication.
Sequencing service
Ingenetix offers full sequencing service from primer design and synthesis to running sequencing reactions with final analysis, assembly and database comparison. As ready-to-go service, you can also send us your sequencing reactions which we will purify and sequence. In case of high sample-throughput, we offer cost-effective sequencing via our partner.
Custom cloning
Ingenetix offers custom cloning of DNA fragments to generate positive controls for real-time PCR applications. Furthermore, we offer cloning of your gene of interest in prokaryotic or eukaryotic expression vectors (Biosafety Level 1). We have long-standing expertise in cloning and can provide consultancy with your cloning projects.
