Die Standards beinhalten DNA oder RNA Fragmente in einer Konzentration von 10^7 Kopien/μl. Die Standardkurve wurde mit Applied Biosystems 7500 System (Thermo Fisher Scientific) und Mx3005P QPCR System (Agilent) ermittelt.
